1. 相变存储材料(主要方向):对相变存储材料进行全方面的研究,包括薄膜的沉积、物理性质的测量、结构和化学键的模拟、以及极端条件下(高压)的结构和性质变化等。
Phase-change materials for memory devices (Main focus): Film deposition, physical properties, ab initio calculations, and structure-property relations under extreme conditions (high pressure), etc.
2. 固体电池电解质:理解离子在电解质中的跃迁通道。
Solid electrolytes: ion migration in the solid electrolytes for the next-generation all-solid-state batteries.
3. 金属和硫系玻璃:理解非晶态的原子排列,从无序中寻找有序。
Metallic and Chalcogenide glasses: finding order in disordered amorphous systems.
