学习工作经历:

1996年-2000年中国地质大学(武汉)材料科学与工程专业攻读工学学士学位;

2000年-2003年中国地质大学(武汉)材料科学与化学工程学院攻读理学硕士学位;

2003年-2008年华中科技大学微电子学与固体电子学专业攻读工学博士学位;

2008年-2012年华中科技大学光学工程博士后流动站开展博士后研究工作;

2009年2月至今华中科技大学电子科学与技术系/光学与电子信息学院从事教学科研工作。

研究方向、领域:

1)纳米薄膜材料与器件;

2)磁性材料与自旋电子器件;

3)信息存储器件及应用;

4)材料设计及计算材料学。

主要成果:

近5年来主持完成1项国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、1项国家博士后科学基金资助面上项目与1项校自主创新基金青年基金项目,并参与承担国家“863”计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金重点/面上项目、科技部国际合作项目等多项国家级课题的研究工作。近5年来,以第一作者或通讯作者发表和接收发表学术论文8篇,其中A类5篇,B类2篇,C类1篇。

Cheng Weiming was born in November of 1978, in Wuyuan County of Jiangxi Province. He is now a Lecturer and a Master Supervisor of huazhong university of Science and Technology. He focuses on information storage materials and devices teaching and research. He has presided over the completion of a National Natural Science Foundation of China and a China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, participated in the completion of three National Natural Science Foundation of China and three 863 Programs. He has published 8 papers on SCI indexed Journals such as Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, IEEE Transactions on Magnetics and Journalof Electronic Materials. His academic pursuits include the study of the preparation, magnetic performance and related physical mechanism of the rare earth-transition metal series films and ferrite films and spintronics materials and devices.
